When I turned it on for the first time, it was 1:30 a.m. I was sitting at our dining room table and my wife yelled at me, "turn the stereo down!" Wow, was she surprised when I showed her the "stereo". Way more sound than I thought would come out of this little unit!

I received this as a gift, and I must say I was doubtful until I turned it on. The first surface I tried it on was the hood of my car parked in my garage. I must mention this a 2 1/2 car garage with 15' open beam ceiling. 

The sound was jaw dropping, my son and just looked at each other, smiled and didn't say a word till the song ended. The first words out of his mouth were "what the $&@@ is that thing" 

I am buying a second one asap.
